Kid Castle Education Group is a leading education provider dedicated to nurturing young minds and fostering holistic development in children. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Student Care Teachers to join our team in Clementi, West Region.
As a Student Care Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for primary school students. You will be responsible for supervising academic activities, assisting with homework completion, and conducting enrichment programs that promote social, emotional, and intellectual growth.

The role follows a 5-day roster schedule, providing you with a balanced work-life arrangement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide academic supervision and homework assistance to primary school students
- Plan and conduct enrichment activities, workshops, and educational programs
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents on their children's development
- Manage classroom behavior and implement positive discipline strategies
- Organize field trips, special events, and seasonal activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain cleanliness of facilities
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to support student well-being
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care, Education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in student care, tutoring, or teaching environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults
- Patient, caring, and responsible personality with a passion for education
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of MOE primary school curriculum is advantageous
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an added advantage
- Must be able to work on a 5-day roster schedule including school holidays
