Curtin University of Singapore is seeking a dedicated Student Enrolment Advisor to join our dynamic team in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the complex journey of enrolment and ensuring a seamless transition into their academic programs.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end enrolment lifecycle, from initial enquiry to final matriculation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of academic administrative processes, and the ability to provide empathetic, solution-oriented support to a diverse international student body. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end student enrolment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with institutional policies.
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to prospective students regarding program offerings, entry requirements, and application procedures.
- Respond promptly and professionally to student enquiries via email, phone, and in-person consultations.
- Maintain and update student records in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and real-time reporting.
- Collaborate with academic departments and admissions teams to facilitate efficient student onboarding.
- Identify potential barriers to enrolment and provide proactive solutions to streamline the application journey.
- Participate in student recruitment events, open days, and information sessions as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student administration, enrolment management, or a customer-centric advisory role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- A proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
