Join the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) as a Supervising Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist in the Bicol Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate technical education programs across Bicol Region training centers
- Develop and implement curriculum enhancement strategies aligned with industry standards
- Monitor program effectiveness through data-driven evaluation and reporting
- Facilitate partnerships with industries to align training with labor market demands
- Lead capacity-building initiatives for trainers and instructors
- Ensure compliance with TESDA policies and national technical education frameworks
- Manage resource allocation and budget planning for program implementation
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with government agencies and private sector partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Technical Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technical education/skills development with 2+ years supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of TESDA regulations and national technical education frameworks
- Expertise in curriculum development and program evaluation methodologies
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and public-private partnerships
- Advanced skills in data analysis and performance reporting
- Valid government service eligibility (e.g., CSC eligibility)
- Proficiency in training needs assessment and workforce planning
