Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for a leadership role? Pusat Gadai Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Supervisor Accounting & Tax to oversee our financial operations. In this key position, you will be responsible for monitoring the accounting and tax team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the accounting and tax team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and corporate accounting standards.
- Oversee the budgeting process and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audit and tax filing periods.
- Review and approve invoices, payments, and journal entries before posting.
- Train and mentor accounting staff to improve their technical skills and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the pawnshop or retail industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within an accounting department.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPN, PPh, etc.) and financial reporting standards.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
