Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily clinic operations including staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation
- Lead and mentor clinical support staff to ensure high service standards and compliance protocols
- Manage patient experience protocols, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Monitor inventory control, equipment maintenance, and supply chain management
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with practitioners to ensure seamless patient care delivery
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
- Conduct regular staff training sessions and professional development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in dental or aesthetic clinic setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in clinic management software and MS Office Suite
- Certification in healthcare management or related field preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated experience in staff training and performance management
