Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior supervisors in daily store operations and workflow management
- Learn and implement inventory control procedures and stock management systems
- Train and guide junior staff on customer service protocols and sales techniques
- Monitor store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and safety compliance
- Support sales initiatives through customer engagement and upselling strategies
- Participate in weekly training sessions covering leadership and operational excellence
- Prepare daily performance reports and contribute to store improvement plans
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with strong academic standing
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English communication
- Passion for retail and willingness to learn supervisory skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and reporting systems
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
