Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and stock rotation
- Support team leadership through staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
- Monitor sales targets and contribute to promotional campaign execution
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures
- Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize store efficiency
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits including Mathematics
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems)
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to handle store operations (standing, lifting, etc.)
- Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Leadership potential and eagerness to learn retail management fundamentals
