Tanggung Jawab
- Assist daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Support team members in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Participate in staff training and development sessions
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Generate daily reports for store performance analysis
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification (minimum 5 credits)
- Strong interest in retail operations and management
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Malaysian driving license (preferred)
- Previous retail experience is advantageous
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
