Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations and staff supervision under mentor guidance
- Participate in inventory management including stock counting, ordering, and replenishment
- Support customer service initiatives and resolve customer inquiries
- Learn and implement visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Contribute to team training sessions and performance monitoring
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 credits
- Strong interest in retail management and career advancement
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail
