Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily supervision of store operations and ensure smooth workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock receiving, organization, and stock counts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Support the visual merchandising standards to ensure the store remains attractive and organized.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on operational procedures and company policies.
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to achieving daily sales and operational targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations within the store premises.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent educational qualification.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
