Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations management and workflow optimization
- Learn and implement effective team leadership and coaching techniques
- Participate in inventory control, stock management, and loss prevention
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Support customer service initiatives and resolve client inquiries
- Contribute to sales target achievement and promotional campaigns
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures
- Document and report operational performance metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with strong academic record
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Physical ability to handle store operations including stock movement
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
