This structured program is designed to fast-track your career in retail management. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in daily retail operations and ensure SOP compliance.
- Lead and motivate frontline staff to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock replenishments, and manage product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve shopper inquiries effectively.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Manage cash handling processes and oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Prepare regular shift reports and participate in performance review meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Retail Management or Business Administration is a plus).
- Fresh graduates with a strong drive for a retail management career are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service environments will be highly regarded.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
