Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Implement visual merchandising plans and promotional campaigns to drive sales
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations professionally
- Collaborate with regional team on operational initiatives and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to undergo structured apprenticeship training program
