The SAP is a structured management training program designed to transition talented individuals into effective retail leaders. As an Apprentice, you will receive hands-on training in store operations, merchandising, inventory management, and people leadership. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about customer service, driven to hit performance targets, and eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training modules covering store operations and business processes.
- Support the Store Supervisor in managing daily floor operations and ensuring store cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the timely replenishment of stock to meet customer demand.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Supervise junior staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and store policies.
- Prepare daily operational reports and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive store success.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Management, Retail Operations, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per retail requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced store environment.
