Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual merchandising standards
- Support team supervision by monitoring staff performance and providing constructive feedback
- Implement customer service protocols to enhance shopping experience and resolve complaints
- Participate in staff scheduling, training, and development activities
- Execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to meet store targets
- Monitor store security, safety compliance, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with management to analyze sales data and optimize store performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with strong academic record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Strong leadership potential and teamwork orientation
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Valid Malaysian driving license (asset for store operations)
