- Support daily store operations including inventory management and stock replenishment
- Assist in staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and team development
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Monitor store KPIs and contribute to improvement initiatives
- Participate in loss prevention and security protocols
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for stock operations

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
