Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Lead, motivate, and train frontline staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage replenishment schedules, and conduct regular stock audits.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
- Ensure the store environment, including merchandising displays and aisles, is clean and organized.
- Analyze daily sales performance and assist in strategies to meet or exceed store targets.
- Manage cashiering duties, balancing cash registers, and reconciling daily sales reports.
- Enforce company safety and security policies to minimize losses and ensure staff well-being.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field (Retail Management or Business Administration is a plus).
- Strong leadership potential with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in retail, F&B, or service-oriented roles is highly preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office).
- A strong commitment to pursuing a career in retail management.
