We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Supervisor AR Project Collection to join the finance team at Maruni Daya Sakti. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for defining the framework of the project collection process within the company. You will initiate and implement effective systems and strategies to achieve aggressive collection goals, ensuring a healthy cash flow and minimizing bad debt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt recovery, process improvement, and team management, driving excellence in our credit control operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and optimize the framework of the project collection process within the company.
- Initiate and implement effective systems and strategies to achieve collection goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on collection performance.
- Supervise and mentor a team of collection specialists to ensure high productivity and compliance.
- Resolve complex overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans with difficult customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and legal departments to facilitate debt resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations regarding debt recovery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the finance sector.
- Strong understanding of collection frameworks and debt recovery strategies.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
