Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities of assigned staff
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed according to company standards and client requirements
- Train new cleaning staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly
- Manage staff schedules and assignments to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Prepare and submit cleaning reports and performance evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or service industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks if necessary
- Valid work permit and identification documents
