Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily data center customer operations, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of technicians and support staff to maintain high performance and operational excellence.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, providing rapid resolution and clear communication.
- Monitor data center access control, physical security protocols, and safety compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and facilities, to support customer installations and maintenance projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data center operations, technical support, or customer-facing operational roles.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of data center environments, including power, cooling, and network infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay, with the ability to navigate high-pressure client interactions.
- Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and preventative action.
