Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email regarding consumer electronic devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues for laptops, smart TVs, and other smart home hardware.
- Provide clear, concise, and professional explanations of product features and setup procedures.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM database.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate specialized tier support team.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and efficient service.
- Adhere to quality standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates (Newbies are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong passion for consumer electronics and modern technology.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and internet connectivity.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.
