Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email regarding consumer electronic devices.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues for laptops, smart TVs, and other smart home hardware.
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional explanations of product features and setup procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM database.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate specialized tier support team.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and efficient service.
  • Adhere to quality standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to fresh graduates (Newbies are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong passion for consumer electronics and modern technology.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and internet connectivity.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.

  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.
