Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in intensive training modules covering operational management and leadership skills.
- Assist in the daily supervision of team activities to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable reports to management.
- Coordinate with branch staff to improve service quality and efficiency.

Kualifikasi
