Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach.
- Conduct regular training sessions and coaching to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, team performance, and market analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
