PT Gedung Mas Jaya, a premier firm in the interior architecture and design sector, is currently looking for a highly skilled and driven Supervisor + Drafter Interior Architecture to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who excels in both technical drafting and on-site project leadership.
As our Supervisor + Drafter, you will be the driving force behind the transformation of design concepts into tangible, high-quality spaces. Your primary responsibilities will encompass creating meticulous working drawings, detailed construction documents, and stunning 3D visualizations. Simultaneously, you will take the helm of project supervision, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure strict adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

You will conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress against milestones, and troubleshoot any technical or logistical challenges that arise. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage comprehensive construction drawings, shop drawings, and detailed technical documentation for interior architecture projects.
- Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and details to clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring strict compliance with design intent, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with internal design teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to facilitate smooth project workflow and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor project progress, prepare detailed progress reports, and ensure all milestones are met within the established schedule and budget.
- Assist in the review and evaluation of material selections, finishes, and furniture to ensure quality and alignment with the design vision.
- Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Mentor junior drafters and site staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in drafting and site supervision for interior fit-out or architecture projects.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with Revit is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, local building codes, and regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams, with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
