Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and HVAC equipment
- Manage team performance, scheduling, and resource allocation for technical projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Diagnose complex electrical and HVAC issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and service contracts
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan
- Maintain detailed documentation of work orders, inventories, and compliance reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical/HHVAC maintenance with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Certification in electrical systems and HVAC technology (e.g., EPA 608, NATE)
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Proven team leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
