Join Hartalega's dynamic engineering team as a Supervisor in Control & Instrumentation. This pivotal role ensures operational excellence through proactive maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll lead critical infrastructure maintenance at our NGC premises, optimizing system reliability while driving safety and efficiency standards. The position requires hands-on leadership to manage both reactive and preventive maintenance protocols, alongside spearheading engineering improvement projects that enhance facility performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in instrumentation control systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise breakdown maintenance activities to minimize operational downtime
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for control systems
- Lead engineering improvement projects across NGC premises
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production departments
- Train and mentor technical staff on instrumentation best practices
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend system enhancements
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of control systems and instrumentation
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
- Familiarity with ISO 5500 and maintenance management systems
- Problem-solving skills for complex technical issues
- Experience in oil & gas or manufacturing environments preferred
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001)
