Malindo Feedmill is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor Farm to join our expanding poultry operations in Lampung and West Java. As a key leader on our farm site, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring animal welfare standards, and maintaining operational efficiency to meet our high-quality feed and poultry production targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day farm operations to ensure production targets and operational excellence.
- Supervise and mentor farm staff to maintain high standards of discipline, work quality, and productivity.
- Implement and monitor strict biosecurity protocols to ensure livestock health and safety.
- Manage inventory, including feed, equipment, and medical supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Monitor bird performance metrics and prepare daily reports for management review.
- Collaborate with veterinary teams to ensure optimal health conditions and disease prevention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry (Peternakan), Veterinary Medicine, or a related agricultural field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in farm management or supervisory roles within the poultry industry.
- Strong understanding of poultry health, nutrition, and modern farming technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse operational teams.
- Willingness to be stationed in Lampung or West Java as required.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for agricultural production monitoring.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on field-based problem resolution.
