- Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing and administrative staff to ensure professional development.
- Enforce hospital policies, safety regulations, and medical ethics strictly.
- Manage shift schedules and coordinate resources to optimize staff utilization.
- Address patient complaints and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and operational improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels and report procurement needs to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the healthcare industry.
- Degree in Hospital Management, Nursing, or a related medical field is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient rights, and medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficiency in using hospital management information systems (HMIS) and office software.
