Econsave is a well-established retail chain known for offering a wide range of products at competitive prices. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Jenjarom store, ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent customer experience. You will lead a team of sales associates, coordinate shift schedules, and ensure that the store meets its sales and performance targets.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. You will handle inventory management, including stock replenishment and audits, and ensure that the store is clean and organized. Additionally, you will assist in training new employees and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Lead, motivate, and train store staff to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate timely replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and prompt resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Assist in achieving sales targets and managing cash handling procedures
- Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues for management review
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail supervision or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, sales reporting, and point-of-sale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail management is advantageous
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
