- Supervise daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery
- Coordinate and manage clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Oversee patient service processes, ensuring high standards of care and customer satisfaction
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, comfort, and efficiency in accordance with industry standards
- Implement and monitor clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory and resources to optimize clinic operations and minimize waste
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for clinic growth and service improvement
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a beauty clinic or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, beauty procedures, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate staff
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and staff interactions
- Organizational abilities with attention to detail in managing clinic operations
- Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and client concerns
- Proficiency in clinic management software and basic office applications
- Relevant certification in beauty therapy, skincare, or a related field is preferred
