Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive KOL marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with relevant Key Opinion Leaders across various industries
- Supervise and mentor a team of KOL strategists, providing guidance and feedback
- Create detailed campaign briefs and manage the execution of KOL partnerships from inception to completion
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, platform algorithms, and emerging KOL opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Manage budget allocations for KOL partnerships and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or KOL strategy
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful KOL campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, particularly social media trends in the Indonesian market
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
