Join Hon Chuan Indonesia as a Supervisor Maintenance and lead our maintenance operations to excellence. We seek a seasoned professional to oversee preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (AM), and total productive maintenance (TPM) strategies in our dynamic manufacturing environment. Your expertise in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting will be critical for optimizing equipment uptime, while your skills in PLC programming and spare parts management will ensure cost-effective operations.
As a key leader, you'll supervise maintenance teams, implement GMP and HACCP compliance protocols, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Your problem-solving abilities will drive operational efficiency, while your team leadership skills will develop talent across maintenance departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams for PM, AM, and TPM execution
- Lead mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and equipment repair activities
- Manage spare parts inventory optimization and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety regulations
- Develop maintenance schedules and performance improvement plans
- Train technicians on advanced maintenance techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement cost-reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial maintenance supervision
- Advanced certification in PM, TPM, or maintenance management
- Proficiency in PLC programming and industrial automation systems
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and OHS standards
- Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams
- Experience with spare parts inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
