Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage a team of promoters to ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility
- Create comprehensive reports on promoter activities and TTM (Trade Marketing Team) program performance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing with preference for home appliances industry background
- Proven leadership skills with demonstrated experience managing promotional teams
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data, consumer behavior, and campaign performance metrics
