Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Business Account Managers to achieve sales targets
- Design and execute strategic plans for corporate client acquisition and retention
- Identify emerging IT solution opportunities and develop innovative proposals
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key corporate accounts
- Analyze market trends to identify new business expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to align solutions with enterprise client needs
- Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales/account management with 2+ years leadership experience
- Proven track record in enterprise IT solution sales or similar tech sector
- Strong strategic planning and business development expertise
- Excellent negotiation skills with corporate stakeholders
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (verbal/written)
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's corporate business landscape
