Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze market trends
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales supervision or management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with the retail industry and local market in Riau
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred
