Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute efficient daily sales visits to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to improve field productivity.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Ensure the implementation of marketing strategies at the ground level for maximum impact.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficient in territory management and customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (Delanggu and surrounding areas).
- Basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
