- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for motorcycle spare parts
- Monitor team performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for product availability
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales supervision or team leadership
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle spare parts and automotive industry
