You'll be instrumental in strengthening our procurement ecosystem while supporting Indonesia's vital agricultural sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with farmers and oil palm plantation owners
- Conduct regular field visits to assess supply capacity and quality standards
- Facilitate integration of new suppliers into existing supply chain networks
- Monitor and optimize supply flow to meet production demands
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast and manage supply requirements
- Implement quality control measures for raw material procurement
- Document and report on supply chain performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in procurement, agricultural sourcing, or supply chain roles
- Strong understanding of palm oil cultivation and agricultural practices
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote rural environments
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent field travel
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Familiarity with supply chain management software preferred
