Are you a professional with a passion for agriculture and supply chain management? PT Pemasok Mitra Pembeli is seeking a dynamic Supply Representative to join our team in Muaro Jambi. In this critical role, you will be the bridge between our company and local oil palm farmers, fostering strong partnerships that ensure a sustainable and consistent supply chain.
As our Supply Representative, you will be on the front lines of our operations, ensuring that our sourcing strategies align with the growth objectives of our organization. You will leverage your communication skills to build long-term trust with plantation owners, provide technical insights, and ensure that our quality standards are met at every point of the acquisition process.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local farmers and oil palm plantation owners.
- Monitor and analyze local market trends to optimize supply acquisition and pricing strategies.
- Ensure that all sourced supplies meet the company's quality and sustainability standards.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery schedules.
- Provide regular reporting on supply volume, farmer engagement, and market challenges.
- Conduct field visits to plantation sites to offer support and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Resolve any operational issues or disputes arising during the collection and procurement process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural procurement, supply chain, or related field.
- Strong understanding of the palm oil industry landscape in Jambi.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to travel frequently to rural plantation areas within the Muaro Jambi region.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Excel, Word) for inventory and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to build professional networks and maintain long-term client relationships.
