This remote role focuses on leveraging Neto and Maropost platforms alongside Airtable to create seamless automation solutions that drive efficiency and scalability. You'll troubleshoot platform issues, develop custom integrations, and implement workflow automations that directly impact business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2-3 support for Neto and Maropost eCommerce platforms, resolving technical issues and system optimizations
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Airtable to streamline business processes
- Implement custom integrations between Neto/Maropost and third-party applications (CRM, ERP, payment gateways)
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements
- Develop and document technical procedures, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to identify automation opportunities
- Regularly audit system configurations and recommend enhancements for scalability
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Neto and/or Maropost eCommerce platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Airtable automation scripting and workflow development
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/Python for API integrations and custom solutions
- Experience with eCommerce integrations (payment gateways, shipping APIs, CRM systems)
- Proven track record of developing automation solutions for business processes
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with complex technical systems
- Ability to work independently in remote environments with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
