Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting thorough field surveys and site visits to verify customer data and business authenticity.
- Performing objective credit analysis and risk assessment on prospective borrowers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and local business partners.
- Achieving individual and team performance targets consistently.
- Preparing accurate and timely survey reports for the credit approval committee.
- Ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policy and regulatory standards.
- Managing field activities efficiently to optimize operational productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Domicile in Muaro Jambi area is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in field-based roles (surveyor, sales, or collection) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Possess a neat, professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
- Must own a personal motorcycle and a valid Driver's License (SIM C).
- Ready and willing to work with performance-based targets.
