In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, helping students develop proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and listening in Swedish. Whether you are teaching beginners or intermediate learners, your contribution will play a pivotal role in opening new horizons for our students, potentially assisting them in their academic or professional relocation goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver comprehensive Swedish language lessons tailored to student proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cover grammar, vocabulary, and conversation practice.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Prepare students for potential language proficiency examinations or personal travel goals.
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Integrate cultural insights into language lessons to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress.
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish (C1/C2 level).
- Previous experience in language teaching or tutoring is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey linguistic concepts.
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning speeds.
- Availability to commit to a part-time schedule based in Sarawak.
- Relevant certification in language instruction (TEFL/TESOL or equivalent) is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage lesson materials effectively.
