Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, and virtualization platforms
- Implement and monitor network security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and data integrity verification
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with minimal system downtime
- Install, configure, and upgrade software and security patches across all systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT operations with business objectives
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Monitor system performance metrics and optimize resource utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT operations
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux/Unix environments, and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or Microsoft Azure Administrator preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
