Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst
- Proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN) and UML
- Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL) and data modeling
- Experience with requirement gathering methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM implementation best practices
