Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement robust management information systems (MIS) to optimize business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance through rigorous testing protocols
- Maintain and enhance existing systems while implementing new features based on user feedback
- Document system architecture, processes, and technical specifications for knowledge transfer
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues
- Research and integrate emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system development with focus on MIS solutions
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, PHP) and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Experience with SDLC methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
