Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT systems across multiple client locations
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to end-users via remote and on-site assistance
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations
- Implement security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in system administration or technical support
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) preferred
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple Indonesian regions
