MIFIN SERVICES is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Systems and Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Clark Freeport Zone. You will be instrumental in enhancing our digital footprint while ensuring our internal systems operate efficiently and effectively.
In this position, you will take charge of our online presence, managing social media channels, email campaigns, and content strategy. Simultaneously, you will provide critical technical support, handling software troubleshooting and data management. We are looking for a self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities and contribute to our company's success in the competitive financial services landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms and email newsletters to increase brand awareness.
- Assist in website maintenance, content updates, and basic SEO tasks to improve search engine visibility.
- Provide technical support for internal systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting for staff.
- Prepare marketing collateral, reports, and presentations using graphic design tools.
- Monitor website analytics and traffic to optimize marketing strategies and report on performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions for digital engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or systems support roles.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), social media tools, and Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
