Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain Talend ETL/ELT jobs for enterprise data integration
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data requirements and deliver solutions
- Implement data quality checks and validation rules
- Document technical specifications and integration workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues
- Stay updated on Talend best practices and new features
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on Talend development experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database systems (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL methodologies
- Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
