Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition with marketing focus
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and branding principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus
