Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand unique technical and cultural hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through LinkedIn, industry networking, and events.
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to track hiring performance, source efficiency, and time-to-hire.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the Indonesian market.
- Mentor and coach the recruitment team to improve interviewing techniques and candidate experience standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or corporate recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of success in hiring for high-growth, dynamic industries.
- Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and market trends in Jakarta.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot strategies based on changing business needs.
